Are Federal Lights Affecting Wildlife In Puerto Rico?

Human activist in front of the United States District Courts may not be the only ones negatively affected by industrial tower lights aimed at protestors every evening.  The Greater Antillean grackle or Chango may become a casualty of the Federal government's tactic. New baby birds are found stranded on the ground around the camp daily. Artificial lighting can have a negative impact on the natural nocturnal cycle of birds and other fauna.
So is there a special relation between the fallen Changos and the intense lights from the feds or is this just a natural phenomenon.
No matter what, inhabitants of the Campamento Contra La Junta will continue to try and help and care for the baby birds.
